A few updates this week from School Council

Fun Lunch Deadline to Order Oct 5! 

Our first Fun Lunch date is October 10 which means orders need to be placed by Saturday October 5.

The next Popcorn date is October 24 which means orders need to be placed by Saturday October 19. 

*Kindergarten students can only participate in Popcorn days. 

Please visit healthyhunger.ca to register your student and place your order. The fun lunch and popcorn day dates have been pre populated for the whole year so you can go ahead and place your order before each date, or all at once, whichever you prefer! Unfortunately we will not be able to accept late orders as the vendors are strict with their order deadlines. 

Movie Night October 24! 

The minions are back! (no, we don't mean the students...) We are going to be playing Despicable Me 4 on our first movie night this year!

This event is a huge fan favourite of the kids'. Come out in your Jammies, grab a cozy blanket & pillow (grown ups too if you want, we don't judge!)  grab some snacks and pile into the gym to watch the movie! 

Date: Thursday October 24

Time: Doors open 6:15, movie starts right at 6:45

There is a suggested donation of $10 at the door

We will have our tuk shop open with popcorn, snacks and juice available for purchase. 

Christmas Market - Calling All Vendors! 

If you are an artisan or creator and would like to secure your table at our Christmas Market please don't wait! Spaces are filling up! 

Do you know a kid creator that would have some fun selling their goodies at our market? Sign them up for a table and join us in the Kid Lane! 

We only have 5 large tables left to book, still several regular tables if you still want a spot and plenty of spots for the kiddos to book a table in our Kid Lane!

School Council AGM 

We are holding our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday October 9 at 6:00pm in person at the school. During this meeting, the Fundraising Association will set forth a motion to elect/re-elect our members, vote on expenditures and have a special resolution for a bylaw change which if approved, will allow for some members to serve for longer terms. 

As with all of our meetings, we welcome your attendance, input and feedback. Hope to see you there!
