Fees & Waivers

The Government of Alberta's School Fees Regulation https://open.alberta.ca/publications/2019_095 sets out the requirements and limitations related to the fees that a school board may charge parents of students.

Fieldtrip Fees are due when assigned.  Please PAY by using your MyCBE PowerSchool Account and check periodically to ensure that all fees are up-to-date.  This fee is not waiver eligible.

To create a new account, go to cbe.ab.ca/mycbe.  Parents/Guardians will need to use the email on file at their child’s school, as well as their child’s CBE Student ID number and birth date.

My CBE Parent Help line for setting up new accounts:  403-817-6373.

Prepared for the Weather

Please ensure that your children are dressed for the weather.  Even if it is not raining or snowing, children will need to wear a jacket or raincoat and rain boots as there are a lot of puddles and mud outside.  Also, it would be very helpful if children had some extra clothes in their backpack at this time of year as we do not have extras in the school office.

Keeping Our Students and Families Safe

Each time we include a traffic reminder in our weekly updates, it is because unfortunately we are still continuing to see parents and guardians not following the recommended traffic safety guidelines.  The front of the school becomes extremely congested before and after school and visibility is often difficult.  We understand that this is not convenient at times, but please be patient and considerate and most of all, extremely careful of ALL our students.   Please follow the map below.
