The two modular classrooms we have been expecting will be moved into place the week of May 26, 2025. During this time, you can expect the following:  

• The crane will arrive on-site the morning of May 26, and the two modulars will be delivered later that morning. 
• They will be on the northeast side of the school, which is where most of the construction work will be taking place.  
• Once the modulars are fully installed, they will be freestanding, next to the school. 
• Work will continue throughout May and into the summer to complete the modular installations and any landscaping to prepare the new classrooms for students. The new classrooms are expected to be ready for the 2025-26 school year.  

A portion of Evanscove Circle NW will be closed off on May 26 while the crews deliver the modular units and install them in place. We ask parents/guardians to exercise extra caution during school drop-off and pick-up times.      

Student and staff safety remains our top priority. The construction area will be securely fenced, and all work during school hours will be carefully managed to minimize disruptions.  

We understand these temporary adjustments may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation. Thank you for your support as we enhance the school community.
